PCO-2000 with a 1980A photometer head
The PCO-2000 provides for a fully automated data acquisition from the 1980A photometer head without the need for the original system console. The original photometric head is utilized without any modifications. The existing 21 pin photometer connector plugs directly into the PCO-2000 data acquisition card for easy installation.
By replacing the original control console, the photometer system becomes more reliable and versatile. The user retains a tried and proven photometer with the addition of a state-of-the-art computerized data acquisition system and specialized software to manipulate the acquired data.
The PCO-2000 software allows for storage of all correction factors needed to fully utilize the photometer in all filter and aperture positions. Data from the PCO-2000 may be exported to other software applications for further data analysis. The system allows for user self calibration while retaining the original Hoffman Engineering calibration defaults.
Two easy to install interface cards furnished by Hoffman Engineering make up the heart of the PCO-2000 system. These consist of a 16-bit, high speed data acquisition card, and a proprietary six range digital photometer card with a built in PMT high voltage power supply. Also included with the PCO-2000 are all the cables necessary for operation, PCO-2000 custom software and initial colormetric and photometric system calibrations. All calibrations are NIST traceable and in compliance with both Hoffman Engineering Laboratory and ISO 10012-1.
Features:
16 Bit, Auto Ranging data acquisition
Integrated high voltage power supply. (350-1200 volts) Software adjustable.
Six range amplifier. Range A - E plus Auto Range and high speed oscilloscope range F.
