Andy Sadlon has been with Hoffman since 2005. He has spent 30 years in the Aerospace Industry; 5 years in system design, 25 years in Operations, Sales, and General Management. He has a BSEE from the University of CT and an MBA from Loyola College. Formerly General Manager to three Aerospace firms, he has focused his career on highly technical advanced manufacturing enterprises selling into the Military, Aerospace, and Medical industries. asadlon@hoffmanengineering.com

Phil Hill has been with Hoffman Engineering since 1996. Based in Midwest Ohio, Phil is local for many of our lighting customers. Prior to working for Hoffman Phil spent 15 years with Grimes Aerospace (now Honeywell) working with aircraft lighting and flat panel display products. Phil graduated from The Ohio State University in 1980 with a BS in Aeronautical Engineering. Phil also holds an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics certificate and a Private Pilot’s License. You may meet Phil if you attend the SAE Automotive or Aerospace Lighting conferences.

Ian Soutter has been with Hoffman Engineering since 2004. He spent his first five year working in our engineering department designing lighting and laboratory test equipment and currently represents Hoffman as a Sales Engineer. He studied business at Kutztown University and electrical engineering at Fairfield University. Ian also served 7 years in the US Navy as an Avionics Tech.

Evan Arteaga has been with Hoffman Engineering since 2007. He Studied Business and Communications at Rensselear Polytechnic Institute before beginning a career in sales as an Account Manager for American Power Conversion. John Wells started with Hoffman Engineering in 2011. After graduating from Framingham State University with a BA in Communications, John has worked in various sales and customer support roles in the healthcare industry. John brings that customer care experience to the inside sales role with Hoffman Engineering.
