Meet the team
Jim DeLancey has been with Hoffman since 1982. Starting in Hoffman’s Laboratory he assisted in the development of Hoffman’s Night Vision Test Equipment and both photometric and radiometric testing. Jim has held several positions within Hoffman, eventually serving as Laboratory Manager from 1989 to 2007. In 2007 Jim was made the manager of Hoffman’s sales department. In his current role as Vice President of Night Vision Test Equipment, he is responsible for strategic planning and new product development for the Test Equipment department. Jim is a board member of the National Association of Night Vision Manufactures; SAE International and ALEA. Jim has a degree in Electrical Technology.
Ken Wagner has been with Hoffman since 1986. Starting as a Design Engineer for Hoffman’s Laboratory and Night Vision Test Equipment, he has held several positions within Hoffman’s engineering department, eventually serving as Engineering Manager from 2004 to 2011. Ken also held the position of IT Manager from 1999 to 2004. In his current role as Vice President of Technology, he is responsible for the evaluation of new technologies and strategic planning & development. He also serves as the FAA Company DER for Hoffman’s Aircraft Lighting product line. Ken graduated from Villanova University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and Minors in Mathematics and Computer Science. He is a contributing member of the SAE Aerospace Aircraft Lighting (A20) and Cabin Safety (S9) committees.
Chris Moher has been with Hoffman since 2003. He began his career providing IT solutions to small businesses. Chris has held several positions within Hoffman and is currently VP of Operations. Chris leads the Business Improvement Team and has significant experience in managing business process and flow efficiency. Chris holds a secret clearance and is Hoffman’s FSO.
